AN ORDINANCE appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict
No. 419 (Huntleigh Woods Sanitary Extension) S-941, in the City of
Huntleigh, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the residents of the area to be served by said
project have agreed to contribute Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) toward the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, the Executive Director is authorized
to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and said money
will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating
Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 419 (Huntleigh Woods Sanitary
Extension) S-941, in the City of Huntleigh, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1977.
