AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 419 (Huntleigh Woods Sanitary Extension) S-941, in
the City of Huntleigh, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 419 (Huntleigh
Woods Sanitary Extension) S-941, in the City of Huntleigh,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of January,
1977, and formally executed on the 25th day of January, 1977, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1977.
