AN ORDINANCE transferring Eleven Thousand Three Hundred
Seventy-five Dollars ($11,375.00) from the General Fund of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict and Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($2,250.00) from the Coldwater Creek Operation and Main-
tenance Fund to the General Fund of the District; and
appropriating Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District to the Personnel Department (Account
1-1021-313) for clinical, medical and hospital services and
expenses for employee injuries.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Three Hundred
Seventy-five Dollars ($11,375.00) is hereby transferred from the
General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($2,250.00) is hereby transferred from the Coldwater Creek
Operation and Maintenance Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to the Personnel Department (Account 1-1021-313) for
clinical, medical and hospital services and expenses for employee
injuries.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1977.
