AN ORDINANCE appropriating Four Thousand Eight Hundred
Forty-five and 80/100 Dollars ($4,845.80) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for additional costs in the construction of sanitary
sewers in the project known as Lowill Lane (S-1034), in the City
of Crestwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Crestwood, Missouri, has
contributed one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred
Forty-five and 80/100 Dollars ($4,845.80) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Gravois Creek to be used for additional costs in the
construction of sanitary sewers in the project known as Lowill
Lane (S-1034), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 23, 1977.
