AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 342
(Clayton Central, Section III, Phase II), in the City of Clayton,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central, Section
III, Phase II), in the City of Clayton, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 28th day of February, 1977, and formally
executed on the 8th day of March, 1977, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1977.
