AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to be used for the relining of sanitary sewers in Bon Hills - -
Price (S-1099), in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Olivette, Missouri has agreed to
contribute the total cost of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, the Executive Director is authorized
to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and said money
will be returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars
($11,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the relining of sanitary
sewers in Bon Hills - Price (S-1099), in the City of Olivette,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1977.
