AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the relining of sanitary sewers in Bon Hills - Price (S-1099),
in the City of Olivette, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company for the relining of sanitary
sewers in Bon Hills - Price (S-1099), in the City of Olivette,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of March,
1977, and formally executed on the 8th day of March, 1977, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1977.
