AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-two
Thousand Dollars ($162,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance,
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used
for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 408 (Lynn
Haven) Section IV, 76-CC-6, in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director is
authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor, and
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the sums advanced by the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
are in the nature of a loan, upon receipt by the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Lynn Haven
Subdistrict of funds, such sums shall be repaid to the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater
Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-two Thousand
Dollars ($162,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict
No. 408 (Lynn Haven) Section IV, 76-CC-6, in the City of
Hazelwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 30, 1977.
