AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in the City of
Huntleigh, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the hereinafter described sewer
easements, and the District has no further need for such
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easements granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by deed recorded in Book 6891, Page 1240 and Page
1241, and in Book 6891, Page 1242 and Page 1243,
respectively.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1977.
