AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($61,400.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for the construction of interceptor
sewers in Allen-Theresa Foulwater Interceptors (S-1188), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-one Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($61,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for the con-
struction of interceptor sewers in Allen-Theresa Foulwater
Interceptors (S-1188), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall become effective immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 27, 1977.
