AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($203,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers in the project known as Coldwater Creek Downstream No. 2
Sanitary Interceptor (S-726), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($203,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in the project known as Coldwater
Creek Downstream No. 2 Sanitary Interceptor (S-726), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1977.
