AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Coldwater Creek
Downstream No. 2 Sanitary Interceptor (S-726), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Coldwater Creek
Downstream No. 2 Sanitary Interceptor (S-726). in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of
April, 1977, and formally executed on the 26th day of April, 1977,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1977.
