AN ORDINANCE, transferring Five Thousand Six Hundred
Eighty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($5,687.50) from the General
Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict and One Thousand One
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($1,125.00) from the Coldwater Creek
Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the District; and appro-
priating Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00) from
the General Fund of the District to the Board of Trustees (Account
1-1010-309) for payment to Coopers and Lybrand, Accountants, for
financial service, in connection with acquisition of the Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Six Hundred
Eighty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($5,687.50) is hereby
transferred from the General Fund of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Thousand One Hundred
Twenty-five Dollars ($1,125.00) is hereby transferred from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($12,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District to the Board of Trustees (Account 1-1010-309) for
payment to Coopers and Lybrand, Accountants, for financial
service, in connection with acquisition of the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
System.
Section Four. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1977.
