AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easements in
Houghton Industrial Park, City of Overland, St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate portions of the subject ease-
ments and the District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The sewer easement, five (5) feet wide, along the
southern property line of Lot 3 of Houghton Industrial Park as
recorded in Plat Book 132, page 21 of the St. Louis County
records.
2. The sewer easement, five (5) feet wide, along the
northern property line of Lot 4 of Houghton Industrial Park as
recorded in Plat Book 132, page 21 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1977.
