AN ORDINANCE, transferring Five Thousand Nine Hundred
Fifteen Dollars ($5,915.00) from the General Fund of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict, and One Thousand One Hundred
Seventy Dollars ($1,170.00) from the Operation and Maintenance
Fund of Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the District, and
appropriating Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District for the purchase of office equipment
and audio-visual equipment for the Personnel Training Center.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Nine Hundred
Fifteen Dollars ($5,915.00) is hereby transferred from the General
Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of
the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Thousand One Hundred
Seventy Dollars ($1,170.00) is hereby transferred from the
Operation and Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for the purchase of office equipment and audio-visual
equipment for the Personnel Training Center.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 25, 1977.
