AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an agreement with the City of Crestwood,
Missouri, for construction of storm sewers in Sappington & Spitz
(S-1070), in the City of Crestwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Crestwood, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
the City of Crestwood, Missouri, for construction of storm sewers
in Sappington & Spitz (S-1070), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri, in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1977.
