AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($17,800.00) from the General Fund of the District
to pay Havens and Emerson, Consulting Engineers, for the
preparation of a feasibility study of the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Subdistrict.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance in the preparation of a feasibility study of the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict, and
WHEREAS, the amount hereby appropriated will be repaid
to the General Fund of the District from funds of the Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer Subdistrict when available after acquisition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($17,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to pay Havens and Emerson, Consulting
Engineers, for the preparation of a feasibility study of the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1977.
