AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with the firm of Havens and
Emerson, Consulting Engineers, for the preparation of a
feasibility study of the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance in the preparation of a feasibility study of the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with the firm of Havens and Emerson, Consulting
Engineers, for the preparation of a feasibility study of the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a total fee in the amount of
Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($17,800.00) and such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the General Counsel
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1977.
