AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Meiners Company
for the construction of sanitary sewers, lift station, and force
main in Wharf Street Sewer, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Meiners Company as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers, lift station, and
force main in Wharf Street Sewer, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of May, 1977,
and formally executed on the 7th day of June, 1977, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1977.
