AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Seven Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($107,500.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Edgar Road No. 809 (S-987), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, has
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the cost of said project,
upon receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive
Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the
contractor, and said money will be returned to the Mississippi
River Subdistrict Operating Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($107,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Edgar Road No. 809 (S-987), in the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1977.
