AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($16,900.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used to
purchase the materials for a gabion project in the 700 Block of
Southshire, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and St. Louis County, Missouri, wherein the District
will supply the necessary materials, and St. Louis County,
Missouri, will supply the engineering, labor, and equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($16,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used to purchase materials for a gabion project in the 700
Block of Southshire, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1977.
