AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of
Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three and 02/100 Dollars
($3,333.02) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for additional costs
incurred in the construction of storm sewers in the project known
as Natural Bridge & Nordic Drive (S-924), in the Village of Bel-
Nor, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-three and 02/100 Dollars ($3,333.02) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Maline Creek to be used for additional costs incurred in the
construction of storm sewers in the project known as Natural
Bridge & Nordic Drive (S-924), in the Village of Bel-Nor,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1977.
