AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lot 4 of Rock Gate, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, these easements were granted to provide space
for a treatment plant and,
WHEREAS, the treatment plant has been bypassed and
abandoned and,
WHEREAS, the District has no further use for the
subject portions of these easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer casements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit:
The portions of easements recorded in Book 4627, Page 276 of
the St. Louis County records, Rock Gate a subdivision
recorded in Plat Book 107, Page 69 of the St. Louis
County records, which lie within Lot 4 of Rock Gate,
said vacation excepting a seven and one-half (7-1/2)
foot easement along the North property line and a
fifteen (15) foot easement along the East and South
property lines of said Lot 4 of Rock Gate.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1977.
