AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Twenty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Ninety and 80/100 Dollars
($28,590.80) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be
used for additional costs in the construction of interceptor
sewers in Allen-Theresa Foulwater Interceptors (S-1188), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Ninety and 80/100 Dollars ($28,590.80) is hereby
appropriated from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be
used for additional costs in the construction of interceptor
sewers in Allen-Theresa Foulwater Interceptors (S-1188), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall become effective immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 22, 1977.
