AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Destrehan - Hall (S-1011), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($23,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Destrehan - Hall (S-1011), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1977.
