AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($235,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. One of the River
des Peres Watershed (Creve Coeur-Frontenac Area) to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Executive Estates Drive (76-
DC-13), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, has agreed
to contribute one-half (1/2) of the costs of said project, upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive Director
is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the contractor,
and said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. One of the River
des Peres Watershed (Creve Coeur-Frontenac Area),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($235,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres Watershed (Creve Coeur-
Frontenac Area) for the construction of storm sewers in Executive
Estates Drive (76-DC-13), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1977.
