AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-three Thousand One
Hundred Dollars ($23,100.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for
repair of a broken sanitary sewer; Restoration of Maline Creek
Sewer Crossing for Bissell Hills No. 8 Outfall Sewer (S-100), in
the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand One
Hundred Dollars ($23,100.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for repair of a broken sanitary sewer;
Restoration of Maline Creek Sewer Crossing for Bissell Hills No. 8
Outfall Sewer (S-100), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1977.
