AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Company for the repair of a broken sanitary sewer;
Restoration of Maline Creek Sewer Crossing for Bissell Hills No. 8
Outfall Sewer (S-100), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the repair of a broken sanitary sewer;
Restoration of Maline Creek Sewer Crossing for Bissell Hills No. 8
Outfall Sewer (S-100), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of July, 1977,
and formally executed on the 12th day of July, 1977, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1977.
