AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Ezra-
Marshall to McKibbon (S-917), in the City of St. John, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Ezra-
Marshall to McKibbon (S-917), in the City of St. John, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 27th day of June, 1977, and formally
executed on the 12th day of July, 1977, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1977.
