AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-nine Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($39,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used to
purchase the gabion baskets for a gabion project in Tanglewood
Park, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and St. Louis County, Missouri, wherein the District
will supply the gabion baskets, and St. Louis County, Missouri,
will supply the engineering, labor, equipment, gabion rock, and
backfill material,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-nine Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($39,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used to purchase the gabion baskets for a gabion
project in Tanglewood Park, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1977.
