AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($30,000.00) from the General Fund of the District (Legal
Department, Account 1-1051-309), to pay charges for professional
and consultant service.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District (Legal Department, Account 1-1051-309) to pay charges for
professional and consultant service.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 27, 1977.
