AN ORDINANCE transferring all funds in the Real
Property Purchase Fund, and any moneys received or to be received
by said Fund to the General Fund of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, Account 1-3449, Reserve Proceeds from Real
Property Purchase Fund, to be used only for the purchase or
improvement of real property, and dissolving the said Real
Property Purchase Fund.
WHEREAS, the Real Property Purchase Fund of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, created by Ordinance No.
205, adopted June 25, 1958, for the purpose of providing funds for
the purchasing or improving of real property, is no longer needed;
and
WHEREAS, there now remains in the aforesaid Real
Property Purchase Fund the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-nine
Thousand Eighteen Dollars and Twenty-nine Cents ($279,018.29), and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the sum of Two Hundred Seventy-nine
Thousand Eighteen Dollars and Twenty-nine Cents ($279,018.29) now
in the Real Property Purchase Fund, together with any sums to be
received by such Fund from any source, are hereby transferred to
the General Fund of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
Account 1-3449, Reserve Proceeds from Real Property Purchase Fund
to be used only for the purchase or improvement of real property.
Section Two. Upon the completion of the transfer of
such sums, the Real Property Purchase Fund is hereby dissolved.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
