AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($128,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Medford & Chambers (S-1117), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source said money will be returned
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-eight
Thousand Dollars ($128,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Medford &
Chambers (S-1117), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
