AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Con-
struction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers in Wild Deer Lane No. 9802 (S-41), in
the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Ladue, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source said money will be returned
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Mainte-
nance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used
for the construction of storm sewers in Wild Deer Lane No. 9802
(S-41), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
