AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Wild
Deer Lane No. 9802 (S-41), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Wild
Deer Lane No. 9802 (S-41), in the City of Ladue, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 20th day of July, 1977, and formally
executed on the 26th day of July, 1977, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
