AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-four Thousand
Dollars ($24,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers in
Lucas & Hunt - Winchester (S-1125), in the City of Pasadena Hills,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source said money will be returned to the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasadena Hills, Missouri has
agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project,
upon the receipt of such funds from said source said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($24,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers in Lucas & Hunt - Winchester (S-1125). in the City of
Pasadena Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
