AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J.H. Berra
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in Lucas
& Hunt - Winchester (S-1125), in the City of Pasadena Hills,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J.H. Berra Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Lucas & Hunt - Winchester (S-1125), in the City of Pasadena Hills,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of July,
1977, and formally executed on the 26th day of July, 1977, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
