AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with G. L. Tarlton
Contracting Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 & Cambria Section 2) S-1182, in
the City of Moline Acres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to G. L. Tarlton Contracting Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Subdistrict No. 377 (Highway 367 & Cambria Section 2) S-1182, in
the City of Moline Acres, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
21st day of July, 1977, and formally executed on the 27th day of
July, 1977, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
