AN ORDINANCE, transferring Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) from the General Fund of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict, One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00) from
the Operation and Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek, and Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) from the Operating Fund of the
Subdistrict - Sugar Creek, and appropriating Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($20,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to
initiate validation studies for the District's personnel testing
and selection procedures.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($1,800.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation and
Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) is hereby transferred from the Operating Fund of the
Subdistrict - Sugar Creek to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to initiate validation studies for the District's
personnel testing and selection procedures.
Section Five. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1977.
