Home My Public Portal About03309AMENDED BY #3499, #3740 & #3835 & #3952 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3309 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 3116, adopted July 28, 1976, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof relating to the same subject, establishing those positions that comprise the Unclassified Service of the District and fixing the compensation thereof, namely those of Executive Director, General Counsel, Secretary-Treasurer, the Directors of Wastewater Treatment, Engineering, and Maintenance Departments, Personnel Director, Director of Finance, and Assistant Executive Director. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 3116, adopted July 28, 1976, is hereby repealed. Section Two. The Unclassified Service of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District shall be comprised of the positions of Executive Director, General Counsel, Secretary- Treasurer, the Directors of Wastewater Treatment, Engineering, and Maintenance Departments, Personnel Director, Director of Finance, and Assistant Executive Director, and their salaries shall be set out in the following sections of this Ordinance. Section Three. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Executive Director shall be at the rate of $47,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. Section Four. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the General Counsel shall be at the rate of $47,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly. installments. Section Five. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be at the rate of $32,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. Section Six. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Director of Wastewater Treatment Department shall be at the rate of $35,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. Section Seven. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Personnel Director shall be at the rate of $29,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. Section Eight. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Director of Engineering shall be at the rate of $30,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. Section Nine. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Director of Maintenance shall be at the rate of $31,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. Section Ten. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Director of Finance shall be at the rate of $29,500.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. Section Eleven. Effective for the pay period beginning August 1, 1977, the salary of the Assistant Executive Director shall be at the rate of $35,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi- weekly installments.
