AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute a Maintenance
Agreement with the State Highway Commission of Missouri for the
adjustment of certain District facilities pursuant to highway
improvements.
WHEREAS, the State Highway Commission of Missouri
proposes to construct and improve a section of Route N from Route
I-70 to Brotherton Lane, designated as Job No. 6-U-N-33,
and
WHEREAS, in order to improve said highway, it will be
necessary to adjust certain facilities now located partly on a
private easement of the District and partly on Route N in order to
maintain the present services of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Maintenance Agreement with the State Highway Commission of
Missouri for the adjustment of certain District facilities
pursuant to highway improvements, in the form as attached hereto:
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1977.
