AN ORDINANCE authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to grant to the State Highway
Commission of Missouri an easement across a portion of an easement
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for the purpose of
highway improvements on State Highway Route N between Route I-70
and Brotherton Lane.
WHEREAS, the granting of said easement will not
interfere with the sewer service provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
does hereby grant to the State Highway Commission of Missouri an
easement for the purpose of highway improvements to State Highway
Route N between Route I-70 and Brotherton Lane across a portion of
an easement owned by the District in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute in behalf
of the District an instrument giving effect to Section One hereof,
in the form as attached hereto:
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1977.
