AN ORDINANCE appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for the construction
of storm sewers in Maguire-Hugo (S-1245), in the City of Kinloch,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek, and
WHEREAS, one-third (1/3) of the sum advanced by the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek is in the nature of a loan, upon receipt of funds by the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North
Kinloch Subdistrict, such sums shall be repaid to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers in Maguire-Hugo (S-
1245), in the City of Kinloch, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 21, 1977.
