AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Maguire-Hugo (S-1245), in the City of Kinloch, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Maguire-Hugo (S-1245), in the City of Kinloch, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 15th day of August, 1977, and formally
executed on the 23rd day of August, 1977, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1977.
