AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Colony, Forest Home,
Green Acres - Phase III (77-MC-2), in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Colony, Forest
Home, Green Acres - Phase III (77-MC-2), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
18th day of August, 1977, and formally executed on the 23rd day of
August, 1977, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 31, 1977.
