AN ORDINANCE appropriating Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($11,900.00) from the Operating Fund of Sugar Creek to be
used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
430 (Krauswood Drive Outfall), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the residents of the area to be served by said
project have agreed to contribute Eight Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($8,600.00) toward the costs of said project, which does
not include costs related to the outfall portion of said project,
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, the Executive
Director is authorized to issue the notice to proceed to the
contractor, and said money will be returned to the Operating Fund
of Sugar Creek, and
WHEREAS, the costs of the outfall portion of said
project will be reimbursed to the District from future connection
fees, upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money
will be returned to the Operating Fund of Sugar Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred
Dollars ($11,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating
Fund of Sugar Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 430 (Krauswood Drive Outfall), in the
City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 31, 1977.
