HomeMy Public PortalAbout03327 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3327 AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($29,670.00) from the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,450.00) from the Operation and Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek, Six Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($645.00) from the Bonfils Operating Fund, Six Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($645.00) from the Spanish Lake Operating Fund, and Six Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($645.00) from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the District; and appropriating Sixty-four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($64,500.00) from the General Fund of the District for Phase I for the Design and Implementation of Improved Accounting and Related Systems for the District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($29,670.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the District. Section Two. The sum of Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,450.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation and Maintenance Fund of Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the District. Section Three. The sum of Six Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($645.00) is hereby transferred from the Bonfils Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Four. The sum of Six Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($645.00) is hereby transferred from the Spanish Lake Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Five. The sum of Six Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($645.00) is hereby transferred from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Six. The sum of Sixty-four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($64,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for Phase I for the Design and Implementation of Improved Accounting and Related Systems for the District. Section Seven. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1977. -2-
