AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Lot 234 of Parc
Argonne Forest Plat 4, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and the
District has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
An easement, five feet wide, on Lot 234 of Parc Argonne
Forest Plat 4, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 170, pages 98
and 99, of the St. Louis County Records, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwestern corner of Lot 234 of said
Parc Argonne Forest Plat 4, said point being a common corner of
Lots 233 and 234 of the aforementioned Parc Argonne Forest Plat 4;
thence N. 30Ε 39' 38" W., 110.36 feet to a point; thence N. 57Ε
11' 22" E., 5.00 feet to a point; thence S. 30Ε 39' 38" E., 110.55
feet to a point; thence southwestwardly along an arc of a curve to
the right, having a radius of 240.00 feet, a distance of 5.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1977.
