HomeMy Public PortalAbout03336 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3336 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with the firm of Black and Veatch, Consulting Engineers, for a Step I engineering study of the Mississippi River Computerized Interceptor Project, Bissell System. WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting assistance in the preparation of a Step I engineering study of the Mississippi River Computerized Interceptor Project, Bissell System, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. That the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the firm of Black and Veatch, Consulting Engineers, for the preparation of a Step I engineering study of the Mississippi River Computerized Interceptor Project, Bissell System. Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall provide for a total fee not to exceed the amount of Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($799,700.00) and such other terms and conditions as are approved by the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1977.
