AN ORDINANCE appropriating Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) from the General Fund of the District (Account 1-1062-
309) for the preparation of plans and specifications for the
modification of the Braden Steel Building at Dougherty Ferry Road
and Carman Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District (Account 1-1062-309) for the preparation of plans and
specifications for the modification of the Braden Steel Building
at Dougherty Ferry Road and Carman Road.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 28, 1977.
